Vesu Pizza Bar, Hong Kong’s leading destination for gourmet pizzas, is thrilled to announce its latest culinary creations. Known for its creativity and quality, the Aqua Restaurant Group outlet continues to redefine the pizza experience by masterfully combining traditional Italian ingredients with innovative culinary techniques and bold, contemporary flavours.

In the spirit of continuous innovation, Aqua Restaurant Group is showcasing its chefs’ boundless creativity by bringing together Vesu Pizza Bar and The Chinese Library for a series of classic Neapolitan pizzas with a local twist. Each of the three 9” pizzas draws from the exceptional skills of Chef Junno Li of The Chinese Library and is inspired by some of its signature dishes, bringing the rich flavours of Chinese cuisine to the beloved Italian staple and resulting in unique and mouth-watering creations. 

Highlights include Char Siu (HK$168), featuring The Chinese Library’s signature dish of tender and juicy barbecued pork brushed with sweet Manuka honey on a base of savoury tomato, mozzarella, ginger and spring onion. Mala Chicken (HK$148) combines the all-important seasoning that gives Sichuan Chicken Pot its fiery aftertaste with tender chicken meat as well as mozzarella, bell pepper and Thai basil. Inspired by Chef Junno Li’s secret recipe and one of the signature dishes at The Chinese Library, Il Granchio (HK$198) showcases delicate crab meat steamed in aged Huadiao wine that pairs exceptionally well with Vesu Pizza Bar’s traditional Neapolitan pizza dough along with mozzarella and spring onions. 

Vesu Pizza Bar's new menu expands beyond traditional classics like margherita and parma ham, offering timeless favourites that showcase the simplicity and elegance of classic Italian flavours. Vesu Pizza Bar’s menu also includes standout pizzas Salsiccia e Gamberi (HK$148), with the strong flavour of garlic and spiciness of chilli enhancing the freshness of the prawns and minced pork, and Mushroom and Truffle (HK$168), a true classic that offers a luxurious blend of porcini, shimeji and button mushrooms, elevated with truffle. New starter Polpo (HK$108) is also set to become a fast favourite thanks to its unique blend of tender, soft and juicy octopus with garlic, which boasts a delightful balance of savory and zesty notes, while also adding a refreshing flavor from the lime juice. 

Along with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, expect a wide selection of creatively crafted sips and non-alcoholic beverages that mimic the beautiful flavours of Italy. Rossetto (HK$138) blends smooth Ketel One Vodka with Ratafia Rossi and passionfruit. Another highlight is the Italian Ice Tea (HK$138), inspired by the classic Long Island Iced Tea, beautifully presented with a gradient color reminiscent of cola gummies. Fun dessert-like treats include WTF (HK$138), topped with a layer of silky bean curd pudding, adding a delightful local twist.

Vesu Pizza Bar also presents non-alcoholic options that guarantee exceptional flavor. Indulge in the Almond Crush (HK$98), a refreshing mix of almond, yuzu and apple that offers a vibrant and aromatic taste. Another choice is the Tiramisù (HK$98), a drinkable version of the classic dessert, featuring freshly brewed Italian espresso, layered with made-to-order mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa powder for a delightful chocolatey finish.
No meal is complete without dessert, and Vesu Pizza Bar’s new Pizzamisu (HK$88) offers a playful twist on the classic tiramisu, replacing traditional ladyfingers with fluffy pizza dough. The mascarpone cream and cocoa powder create a unique texture and flavour experience.
