On Saturday, February 22, Avoca welcomes Bar Us from Bangkok, currently ranked number 41 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and number 21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Founded by Sudarat Rojanavanich and Veerach Sawaengsupt, Bar Us is celebrated for its avant-garde approach to mixology, drawing inspiration from progressive kitchens to reimagine cocktails as a multi-course experience. The Bangkok-based venue features a minimalist, almost laboratory-like design, where ingredients sourced from local farms are distilled, fermented, and transformed into unexpected yet harmonious flavor combinations.

For one night only, the founders themselves will be behind the bar at Avoca, bringing their signature innovative style to Hong Kong.
