Driscoll’s, the family-run global market leader in fresh berries, is excited to announce its collaboration with Hong Kong’s homegrown specialty coffee shop and all-round brunch destination, Elephant Grounds. This delicious and nutritious partnership will introduce an exclusive spring-inspired menu featuring Driscoll’s premium berries, available from March 20 to April 21, 2025, at six Elephant Grounds locations across Hong Kong.
Available at Elephant Grounds’ 7,000-square-foot flagship at the mouth of Hollywood Road as well as its other urban oases in Mid-Levels, Star Street, Causeway Bay, Hysan Place, and K11 MUSEA, the exclusive menu features four delectable items crafted to showcase the natural goodness of Driscoll’s berries:
Fresh Berry Stacks: Three fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with a homemade mixed berries coulis of Driscoll’s raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, finished with a dollop of fresh whip and almond flakes.
Mixed Berry Açaí: A refreshing blend of blueberry yogurt topped with homemade granola, Driscoll’s raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, almond, coconut flakes and honey for a symphony of textures and flavours.
Driscoll’s Lava Cruffin: Flaky cruffin indulgently filled with molten Driscoll's finest mixed berries coulis balancing sweet and tart notes.
