On Friday, April 4, from 8–11 PM, Avoca welcomes guest bartenders from Tokyo Confidential and Bar Wakabayashi, two of the most exciting bars in Japan right now.

Tokyo Confidential (#53 on Asia’s 50 best bars 2024) is known for its sharp, playful approach to cocktails, co-founded by industry veterans Holly Graham and Tom Egerton. Head Bartender Waka Murata will be behind the bar, bringing Tokyo Confidential’s signature mix of wildly-creative cocktails and irreverent energy.

Bar Wakabayashi (@50 best discovery ) is a must-visit for tequila and mezcal lovers, home to over 600 bottles and run by Yuichi Wakabayashi, one of Japan’s leading voices in agave spirits. Expect expertly crafted drinks that showcase his deep knowledge and passion for the category.
