As the winter season approaches, Aqua Restaurant Group is focusing on its two iconic Italian destinations — Vesu Pizza Bar and Vista. For Lunch, Vesu offers casual Neapolitan pizzas with 2-course (HK$228) or 3-course (HK$288) menus, including its famed Salsiccia E Gamberi Pizza. For a more traditional experience, Vista offers a lunch for HK$488 per person, featuring main courses like Burrata ravioli.
For a full feast, Vesu (HK$799 per person) and Vista (HK$1,088 per person) present their own twists on a dinner concept defined by bold flavours and seasonal highlights. Highlights include Burrata with pomegranate and grilled artichoke heart, whileVista guests can also enjoy a Red Prawn carpaccio with yuzu gel and sea urchin dressing. Octopus pasta lobster bisque follows as the perfect bridge to mains like Slow-cooked herb crusted lamb loin and Seabass fillet in rich bouillabaisse sauce. In true Vesu style, Mushroom & Truffle pizza is offered as a Vesu-exclusive to bring the restaurant’s signature Neapolitan flair to the table. For a classic finishing touch, Mixed berry panettone cake delights in every bite.
