The Ordinary, the skincare brand known for its commitment to clinical formulations, ingredient transparency and honest pricing, announces the opening of its second Hong Kong store on 17 July 2026, located at G/F, 42A Hollywood Road, Central.
Following the opening of its first Hong Kong store at Times Square, Causeway Bay, the Hollywood Road location marks the next chapter in the brand’s continued investment in Hong Kong. Situated in one of the city’s most distinctive neighbourhoods, the new store brings together personalised skincare guidance, ingredient education and thoughtful local design in a space created for discovery and conversation.

It felt like a natural location for our second Hong Kong store and reflects our continued commitment to making high-quality skincare and ingredient education more accessible.”
Designed to support personalised skincare journeys, the store features a dedicated consultation area where customers can receive one-on-one regimen recommendations from trained team members based on their individual skin concerns. The space provides personalised guidance to help customers better understand formulations and build routines tailored to their skincare needs.
Inspired by the creative character of Hollywood Road and Soho, the store also features a bespoke mural by local artist Cherie Kwok. Created to reflect the neighbourhood's heritage, independent galleries and creative community, the artwork introduces a distinctly local element into the retail space while creating a moment of pause within the customer experience.
The Hollywood Road store officially opens on Friday, 17 July 2026.
