International Guest Shift Series: Vesu x Melbourne’s SHOP 225
Kicking off Vesu’s new chapter, the pizza bar will host a guest shift in collaboration with
Melbourne’s SHOP 225, named Australia's best pizza, #7 on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific
2026 list and #28 on the 50 Top Pizza World 2026.
In September 2026, SHOP 225 Founder Chef Lorenzo will fly to Hong Kong to launch the
series at Vesu before the Vesu team travels to Melbourne for a return leg in February 2027.
Guests can look forward to a one-night-only pizza and bar party on 11 September 2026,
featuring rotating slices from both teams – from Vesu heroes such as The Ducky, Amalfi
and Carbonara, to SHOP 225 signatures including 2807, Wagyu Bresaola and Bianca
Gamberi – plus a surprise reveal of exclusive, limited-edition collab pizzas co-crafted by
both chefs.
Both Canton Library and the reimagined Vesu Pizza Bar will officially open their doors at
One Peking in early September 2026, transforming the landmark into Tsim Sha Tsui’s
premier dual-concept destination high above Victoria Harbour.
